The role will involve:
Development of the company's human resources according to company's vision, strategies and goals
HR Data Management, ensuring that HR processes are supported with accurate and timely data updates in the appropriate HRIS system
Development and implementation of an effective communication within the company
Regular recruitment project management, recruitment strategy development and implementation
Management of Training & Development programs for an employees,
Clear compensation system development and Compensations & Benefits policies conformity regarding labor market situation
Coordination of legal topics and questions
Continuous improvement and Employers branding.

Essential Skills & Personal Strengths
3+ years of experience in HR, Managerial role
Practical knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relation preferred
Mature and open personality - confident and trusted business advisor with down-to-earth understanding of corporate environment specifics
Business mindset and strong drive towards results (doer type)
Structural and process driven thinking
Ability to communicate with different levels in organization and different cultures
Fluent in Latvian and English
