Overview of tasks:
Provide strong leadership for the success of a team of recruiters to ensure the effective achievement of objectives.
Analysis of results and contract negotiations.
Recruit top talents in our new location in Riga.
Full-cycle recruitment to include: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment centres and references check.
Evaluate external labor market conditions, analyze hiring trends, turnover trends, and candidate feedback.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skills, driving the interview process and offer process including references checks.
Attend external events and participate organizing events to promote employer branding and attract suitable candidates.
Ensure other HR related issues - development of employees, consulting, inspiring managers and employees, participate in organizing the events for employees.
Skills & Experience required:
5+ years sourcing/ recruiting experience
Minimum 2 year of leadership skills and experience.
In depth expertise in Latvian Employment Law, policies and procedures
Research and sourcing skills with ability to dive into search strategies.
Excellent language skills in Latvian and English - written and oral.
Very good knowledge of spoken Russian
