Main responsibilities:
Full ownership of talent attraction and selection process for Mogo Group positions.
Proficiently use Competence Based Interview techniques and selection tools.
Develop, implement & share hiring best practice within the Mogo Group.
Manage appropriate channels and third party relationships to source best candidates.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure a seamless transition for international employees.
Lead internal and external HR projects.
Suggest and drive employees brand acitivities.

You are:
With HR experience finding the right person for right position.
Someone who likes people and finds out their potential.
Keen to understand business needs and propose HR solutions.
With "can do" attitude and abundance mindset.
Keen to develop employeer branding activities.
Comfortable using English, Latvian and basic Russian.
Passionate to learn and try out new HR approaches.
