We're looking for an event and communication manager in Lithuania.

An ideal candidate would have background in event industry - working with event planning and communication with involved parties, be reliable and responsive person with a motivation to grow and learn.
Essential qualities:
— Preferably education in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field;
— Experience in event management or communications;
— Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once ;
— Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders ;
— Experience with social media management and website content development ;
— Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals;
— Fluent in Lithuanian and English,
As a Communications and Event Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing successful events for HR professionals in Lithuania. You will work closely with the SmartHR team to develop event themes, secure speakers, coordinate logistics, and manage event promotion.
You will also be responsible for creating and implementing communications strategies to promote SmartHR events, manage our social media channels, and keep our website content up-to-date.
