Your key responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for Bonduelle's business and partnership with key costumers. Including growing product portfolio i turn-over market share and profitability, yearly negotiations with pricing and assortment, promotional program and collaboration to develop Company's business
Our managers are always ready to answer your questions. You can call us at the weekends and at night. Also you can visit our office for personal consultation.
Facilitate the execution of the critical sales related activities in Company's business plan as well as support the development and execution of strong costumer and shopper marketing plans across Latvia and Estonia.

University degree, preferably, in business administration, marketing or similar.
4-5 year key account manager experience within the FMCG or lifestyle goods channels, which makes you strongly skilled in costumer relationship management, selling and negotiation.
You have solid experience in leading and motivating external field sales force
You can travel 40-50 days a year and you speak and write English and Russian effortlessly
Ideally, you have experience in creating and executing business strategy
