Why change management, you ask? For me, the answer was obvious: ✓ Constant change is an organic and inevitable part of every ambitious and fast-growing company. ✓ Is change something people like? Usually no. So it’s important to lead the change consciously, involve people, and make it as smooth as possible for everyone so it wouldn’t be something people want to avoid but rather welcome. My biggest admiration and thanks to Ekke Sööt and Liis Paemurru for so engaging and practical training. If you ever want to get your change management certification done, Prosci is a definite recommendation – it might be the best training I have ever been to!
