Main requirements:
Successful work experience in position of HR Business partner of HR Manager or other relevant, at least 3 years
Exellent comunications skills.
Understanding and certain expertise in staff education in proffesional development area.
Good presentation, negotiation, analytical, problem solving skills.
Open personality with positive, solution oriented attitude.
Willingness and natural necessity for continuous development
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business need through the development, engagement, motivitation system.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Cooperate with management provide decisions support through HR metrics.
